The nerve splicer tool is something I came up with after reading how certain nerve cells can regenerate and link up when put in close proximity to one another .The tool is a method of providing the support and alinement for large groups of severed nerves to be re-alined and spliced ,even when large gaps are created by bullets and bomb framents or by crushing injuries .

One of the details I'm looking into is making a way to stimulate the different pathways to trigger the proper development sequence for the nerve cells filling in the gaps to be pre-conditioned for that particular path .
