Here are some of the R2D2 parts that have been machined by RickAbbott

RickAbbott is the builder of The Robot Groups first life size R2D2 Robot. The work was started in February of 2007 with the hopes of finishing by February 2008. It has turned into more work then orginally expected as RickAbbott is doing all the machining himself. Finish date has been moved to December 2009. Once the Robot is complete, members of The Robot Group will assist with the programing of sounds and gadgets.
