This is a wood lathe that I modified with a pattern follower and a circular saw as the cutting tool .From ruff timber to finished product in under 30 minutes .I made 250 of porch rail and stair rail balusters and have another 250 unit order from the same pattern which is good because making the detailing blades are kind of tricky sometimes .
