Jamie McShan

Jamie McShan is relatively new to The Robot Group, only being a member since July of 2008. He joined the group in an attempt to gain access to the vast knowledge of robotics to aid in the construction of his full sized R2D2 Robot II robot, but found much more and is really enjoying getting to know the other members. He is a web applications architect during the day, developing in Microsoft dot.net technologies, and spends his nights in his shop working on R2. He has a very understanding wife Emily, a daughter named Miranda and a son named Alexander who is very excited about having R2 as a family member.

He enjoys building just about everything and in 2004 built a full size Galaga arcade game and then a 70% to scale Pac-Man for his kids to play.
